EXPERIENCE

I am passionate about the capital market and an expert in investor relations and disclosure obligations.

I am the co-founder of the Association of Individual Investors (SII). In the years 2011-2013 I was the Vice-President of the Management Board and General Director of SII, previously a member of the SII Program Council, currently I am again the chairman of the SII Audit Committee.

I completed master’s and doctoral studies at the University of Economics in Wrocław, and studied law at the University of Wrocław.

In the years 2015-2020, I was the Director of Corporate Communications at Redwood PR (I worked for issuers from the WSE and NewConnect, including: Lubawa S.A., Master Pharm S.A., Grodno S.A., Pure Biologics S.A., TelForceOne S.A. – references available on request). In the years 2016-2020, I was Member of the Supervisory Board of Abak S.A., listed on NewConnect. Previously, I worked as an IR Manager at Impel SA and Operations Director of the MCI Group (I was responsible, among others, for the information duties of MCI Management SA and MCI Capital TFI SA).In the past, I was an academic teacher at the Wrocław University of Economics.
