Artur Rzepka

I am an expert and practitioner in investor relations, disclosure obligations, and corporate communications. I have been professionally involved in the capital market since 1999. I co-founded the Association of Individual Investors, where I served as vice-president, and I am currently once again the chairman of the Audit Committee of the Association.

I completed my master’s and doctoral studies at the Wrocław University of Economics and additionally studied law at the University of Wrocław. I have experience working with both capital market institutions and numerous companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and NewConnect.

Investor Relations

It is in the best interest of public companies and those planning to debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange or NewConnect to actively communicate with the capital market. This allows companies to provide investors with the information they need to make investment decisions and build their trust, which is essential for the company’s proper functioning on the capital market.

Information Obligations

Public companies are required to disclose information that may affect their share price and to protect this information from being made public. Therefore, they are subject to a number of regulations that impose obligations to disclose certain types of information in both periodic reports (quarterly, half-yearly, and annual) and current reports.

IR training

In the initial period of operation on the capital market, company management and employees must assimilate a great deal of new information and regulations. It is essential to complete a range of training courses, at various levels and on various topics. Refreshing or expanding knowledge is also useful in later stages.
